Great location near the city center with plenty of dining options and shops nearby. Only a short walk to popular tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Some minor maintenance issues, such as clogged shower heads, could have been improved. The soundproofing in the building was not sufficient, leading to noise disturbances during the night.

The nearest airport was super considerate to be located in a different city, making my journey to the hotel a thrilling adventure. They offered the free WiFi that I desperately needed to ignore everyone around me. The concierge service made me feel like a queen, because I'm obviously that important.
Surprise, surprise! When I booked a hotel in the city, I thought I'd be spared from annoying massage offers on the street.

Well located in the Hoan Kiem district of Hanoi, the hotel offers the perfect base for exploring the vibrant city. During my stay, I discovered that the hotel is within 500 meters of popular points of interest, making it convenient to visit these attractions. The staff at the 24-hour front desk were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Water pressure on the 6th floor was low.

the hotel's location was fantastic, situated in a quiet side street but still within walking distance of everything in the area. the family room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had large windows that offered a view of the street below. the staff at Win were incredibly helpful and kind, always going above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me with bus tickets and navigating public transportation. my experience at Win was excellent, and I plan to stay there again when I return to Hanoi. Cons: Nothing not too like 😊.
